Yes, instant messenger with ability to serve text/audio and video chat is added now!

It will still require some work on design and better intergating to our site, but you can use it right now.

How it work :

1. Open Instant messenger window (link at member menu).
2. You will able to see all online members who want to chat now.
3. You can click on his image and new window will opened (chat request).
4. If user accept your chat request you will be able to communicate via text chat, using voice and webcams - right in our messenger!!!

Also that feature work at "Online now" page, but it experimental.
